Bend Golf Club Rentals
By renting equipment from Bend Golf Club Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental Agreement
By completing a booking through our website, you agree to rent the golf clubs and equipment for the selected rental period and return them in the same condition they were received.
The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.

2. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the selected pickup or delivery date and ends on the scheduled return date.
Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
Late return fees may include:
• Daily rental rate for each additional day
• Additional fees if the delay affects other reservations

3. Equipment Condition
All equipment is inspected and maintained before each rental.
By accepting the rental equipment, the renter acknowledges that:
• The equipment is in good working condition
• The equipment is suitable for its intended use
If you notice any issue with the equipment upon pickup, you must notify us immediately.

4. Damage or Loss
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.
Charges may include:
• Repair costs
• Replacement costs
• Loss of rental income if equipment becomes unusable
Typical replacement costs may include:
• Driver: up to $350
• Iron: up to $150 per club
• Putter: up to $250
• Golf bag: up to $200
Actual replacement cost may vary depending on the equipment.

5. Use of Equipment
Rental equipment must be used only for its intended purpose (playing golf).
The equipment may not be:
• Modified
• Sub-rented
• Used by commercial operators without permission
The renter agrees to use the equipment responsibly and safely.

6. Liability Waiver
Bend Golf Club Rentals is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur while using the rental equipment.
By renting the equipment, you acknowledge that:
• Golf is an activity that carries inherent risks
• You assume full responsibility for your safety and use of the equipment

7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made:
48 hours or more before the rental start date
• Full refund
Within 48 hours of the rental start date
• May be subject to a cancellation fee
No refunds will be issued for unused rental time once the rental period has started.

8. Included Items
Each rental includes:
• Golf club set as described on the product page
• Golf bag
• 6 preowned golf balls
• Tees
These items are provided as a convenience and may vary slightly by set.

9. Cleaning and Care
We ask that renters return the equipment in reasonably clean condition.
Excessively dirty equipment may result in a cleaning fee.

10. Pickup & Return
Customers must return equipment by the agreed return time.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
If equipment is not returned or communication is lost, the renter may be charged the full replacement value of the equipment.

Full payment is required at the time of booking through our website.
Accepted payment methods are those available through Shopify checkout.
