How does the rental process work?

It’s simple:
    1.    Select your club set.
    2.    Choose your rental dates.
    3.    Enter your delivery address (hotel, Airbnb, or course) at checkout.
    4.    We deliver the clubs and pick them up when you’re done.

Where do you deliver?

We offer free delivery within Bend city limits to:
    •    Hotels
    •    Airbnbs + vacation rentals
    •    Friends/family’s homes

For outlying areas such as Sunriver, Tumalo, Sisters, and Redmond, there is a flat $40 travel fee.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

Not always. If you’re staying at a hotel or Airbnb, we can often leave the clubs with the front desk or your host.
If your rental location requires a drop-off appointment, we’ll coordinate a time with you.

What time will my clubs be delivered?

We deliver between 8 AM – 6 PM.
You’ll receive a text confirmation once your clubs are dropped off.

If you need a specific delivery time, just let us know — we’re flexible.

What’s included with each rental set?

Every set includes:
    •    Driver
    •    Fairway woods
    •    Irons
    •    Wedges
    •    Putter
    •    Golf bag
    •    Clean grips and well-maintained clubs

Do you offer men’s, women’s, left-handed, and junior sets?

Yes! We offer a range of sets to fit all players:
    •    Men’s
    •    Women’s

How much does it cost to rent a set?

Standard set: $50 per day
Discounts available for multi-day and weekly rentals.

Do you charge a security deposit?

No deposit required for most rentals.
However, we do require a valid credit card on file for any lost/damaged clubs.

What happens if a club is damaged?

Normal wear is expected.
Significant damage, lost clubs, or broken shafts may incur a replacement fee.
We’re fair and transparent — we’ll only charge actual replacement cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 48 hours before your rental start date for a full refund.
Cancellations within the 48-hour window receive a 50% refund.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Can I extend my rental?

Absolutely. Just text or call us, and we’ll extend your rental as long as the clubs aren’t booked for someone else.

Do you deliver to the golf course?

Yes — as long as the course allows outside rentals.
If they do, we can deliver right to the pro shop or bag drop.

Yes! We offer: 
    •    6 used Golf balls (complimentary) 
    •    Tees (complimentary) 
    •    Push carts (extra cost)

Are the clubs cleaned between rentals?

Yes — every set is cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and re-gripped regularly for quality and safety.

Can multiple sets be delivered to the same location?

Of course. We can deliver several sets for group trips, tournaments, or bachelor parties.

Do you offer same-day rentals?

If available — yes.

How early should I book?

Since Bend is a high-traffic golf destination, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during spring and summer.
